Paul Sartori and Stuart Mengler are acting for Norwest Minerals Limited on their $6.6m IPO and listing on the ASX. Norwest Minerals has gold and base metal exploration projects in WA, which were previously under Australian Mines Limited (ASX: AUZ). AUZ will retain a significant stake in Norwest Minerals on listing.
